Day in Day out,.. feel and see
what's in it, what comes to touch it, how it feels, how it reacts.
Feel the calm effect of the after thoughts, feelings, knowings arise.
This is all what you need. !!
Peace and Happiness is just as far as an arm length !!
If only ..
you aware of what arises in your mind,..
If only ..
you aware of what arises in your heart
If only ..
you aware of what arises in your thought and body
And if only ..
you know what these arisings telling you to do, to be and/or to think.
Pin down to know your state of mind at that very same moments, what it wants
You don't have to give or refuse it, just be quiet knowing and listening at the beginning,..till end.
You will have choices to do the right thing,..
and feel free from slaving your own mental judgements, prejustice, perceptions, emotions, thoughts,...
In reality, .. there are factors surround you waiting for you to respond.
This is when you keep your mind's eye somewhere else outside,
Feeling of 'resentment' ..
The situations you are in, ..
Thoughts that you possess..
'you just blame on others' faults that because of them, you feel this way.
It's so unfair for you, isn't it?'
What actually is it?
what is it inside ?..
'you don't feel for the other person at that moments,
you don't have any kindness in your heart for them,
you are willing not to forgive and compromise to this person,..
you are stubbonly being in this mud of painful feelings by all your means.
And you are so willing to live in it as long as you like, .. till hours, days, ..gone by...
hopefully something/someone will awake you,.. but then will you willing to be waken?
possession', what's good about it ..(even this, resentful feelings)?
what does it give you?
it gives you this bitter taste of pain ..
how long will you possess it for ..??
why should you possess it anymore or even of think to have one??

Why,.. why,.. I bring it up today, you may wonder..
Because, I have learnt something, that's the answer! ;)
What is it then,..
O K ,.. here we go,..
Sexual Passions
You can feel it when you come across these occasions,
- Your head is free from being occupied or the opposite, it's being stressful
and you feel like you need a sense of soft/calm you down and your heart tells you, hmm I want it ...
- Your eyes flick, seeing a pictures or figures or read a story that stimulates
your sense of sexual thought and your heart tells you that,.. 'mm,.yes,..I want it'
- Your ears hear sounds/voices or a story that stimulate this sexual thoughts in you,
and your heart tells you that ,..hmm,.. yes it's it and I want it,..
- Your body/skin parts receive sensational touch and yes, I want it ..
- You smell a senstional recognising smells that stimulate your passions
and your heart says, hmm, yes I want it..
- The recognising, the stimulating tastes are being received and your heart says,..hmm I like it
'And..Yes, It's powerful, and very influencing !! '
By these receiving channels, that your sense of sexuality are stimulated or stired up in you.
And why, I have put the sentence 'yr heart says,.. yes I want it?,
It's because only by this mean, you allow it to stire up in you,
and will lead to something.
If you want 'No' Disturbing from it, then you need to recognise these channels, and that your heart is looking at it directly, so wanting it. But instead of that you have to have it, you tell your heart not to disturb you, tell it that, this passion will go away soon enough and you don't need any disturbing.,..'you let it go' 'let go' of it, acknowledge it, not to grasp hold of it, ..

What's the procedure?
Oh,.. 1st. just watch your thoughts, your mind, and your responding body as a whole.
As to see it's pattern, as someone else looks at someone else from a far.
:)
2nd. record it in a form - of what you feel so obvious in you,
what is the real situation happens there and then,
and how you want it to be like,.. !
3rd. when you do it for sometimes, say, 7-15 days to start with,
you will see yourself pattern inside-out.
4th. then you know how to fix it after you recognize your pattern !!!
Revise your note and see only the truth on that paper!
But from your watching and records, they've to be only what actually happened.
No bias, no prejudice, no make over, nothing else but the truth.
Easy .. Hmm,... this sounds very easy, isn't it,?..

It's just another way of doing it, to recognize your faults,
recognize yourself, recognize your mistakes, recognize your pattern,
and finally recognize your life..and how to pull it back to the right state again.

.. Watch ..and you will see ..
The happiness that you claim from the outside is so temporary,
and difficult to achieve when you want one .
.. Watch ..
and you will see, it's easier to be happy with your inner self.
Of which, we call it 'Panya' - the inner calm self,
or in other word the inner intelligent, .
It's where you find yr all answers in your heart
And of course, the condition is, you have to learn to 'watch' it !!

Emotions are just the near end results, :)
Anger, Upsetting, Hatred, Fear, Unhappy, Unsatisfied, Dislike, Jealousy,
Happy, Satisfy, Love, Like, etc,..
These are just symptoms of 'moments' your mind reacts to senses that come to touch it.
When the mind receives what it expects to hear, to see, to smell, to touch, to taste,
then the result is at least one of the positive above: Loving, Happy, Satisfy, Feeling comfortable,..
And when the mind doesn't receive what it expected from what it hears, smells, sees, touches, and taste,
then those negative symptoms or feelings appear: Angry, Upsetting, Hating, Fear,
Unhappy, Unsatisfied, or even Jealousy.
When your mind is still, you can capture these.
When you feel that you are getting upsetting, now you know what's going on behind the scene.
They are only those...'your mind and its expectations'.
And you will know how to handle them, .. :)
You won't be upsetting with those feelings nor yourself nor the opposite side any further,
You will just smile, acknowledge the facts,
And let go of the grip on those emotions, instead you will understand them
and live this life with consideration, compassion to all.,..

'Thoughts'
It's like this, ..
,a like shooting flowers
It requires a life for its foundation
Once, there is life, there are thoughts
Say, when you awake from your sleeping, you find thoughts awake with you if you notice.
It's nothing ununsual. It's the way it is. This is how it is supposed to be ..for life, in life.
If you are practising, pls just recognise it as this much, just a thoght- it is just a thinking.
Don't give weigh to it, we don't ignore but don't get closer too.
Otherwise, you will be dragged/carried away by it.
What we need is to acknowlegde and leave it as it is,.. no need to refuse or welcome, :) :) :)
The result is: you will be free from unneccessary occupying by thinking. Your heart is lighter, you body is shifter, .. you mind, soul and body are working together properly, .. Peace, spacy, light mind are embroiled in you.
